From field to freight
Numan Transport was founded in 1991 by Freek Numan, whose passion for transport began at an early age. He grew up around trucks: his father managed his own potato logistics with a small fleet, and that “transport virus” stuck. What started as a one-man ambition soon grew into a dedicated transport company.
From an Agri carrier to specialised transport and storage
In the early years, Numan Transport focused on moving agricultural products throughout the Benelux. We still provide this service today with trucks equipped for bulk and palletised agri transport. Over time, hoewever, our operations expanded significantly. We now offer a complete range of lifting services, special transport, project logistics, and secure storage solutions.
Truck-mounted cranes & special transport expertise
Recent years have seen strong growth in factory relocations, machine transport, industrial storage, and complex lifting operations for the construction, maritime and chemical sectors. To meet these demands, our fleet was expanded with multiple truck-mounted cranes, including a high-reach Fly-Jib model.
The Fly-Jib crane truck offers a reach of approximately 32 metres and an 8.30-meter loading platform. It can be combined with a 10-metre trailer or a semi-low loader, enabling efficient handling of large machines, heavy installations, company relocations and other exceptional transport projects.
